Lalique Dragonfly
Lalique designed a huge range of Art Nouveau Jewelry but the Lalique Dragonfly remains one of his best known works.
These vary from the gorgeous shimmering jewel encrusted Lalique Dragonfly to outright bizarre dragonfly models that seem somehow other worldly with multiple eyes and the traditional sinuous and flowing lines.
A Lalique Dragonfly often has very large eyes and may even have too many wings but the attention to detail is quite astonishing.
The Lalique Dragonfly may look strange and as if it comes from another planet.
Rene designed his Dragonflies to attract the eye by having something not quite natural about them.
