Baccarat Paperweights
Whenever you see an elegant looking paperweight on the movies or tv you can be fairly certain that it is a Baccarat Paperweight.
It is the one name synonymous with high quality paperweights.
Baccarat Paperweights are normally signed with a small letter b within the paperweight.
This is usually at the end of one of the internal coloured glass canes.
You may need a magnifying glass to identify this mark inside the Baccarat paperweight It is normally a small letter b.
Copies do exist of Baccarat Paperweights and these are usually contemporary with the original designs (copying was rife in France in the early 1900s)
